Broad Reach Retail Partners is a Maryland-based company which focuses on retail real estate. Since 2006, they’ve acquired, redeveloped, leased and provided management that creatively transforms shopping centers into fully flourishing retail hubs that meet the needs of the communities they serve, as well as landlords and tenants. As they continued to grow, Broad Reach realized they have out grown their dated collateral pieces.
Our goal for the newly designed collateral pieces was to maintain the well-known logo mark, while creating an overall fresh look that matched the expertise and accomplished growth of Broad Reach, giving the brand a face-lift. With collateral pieces that have a more professional and elevated look, the first impressions now ring true to the type of services offered by Broad Reach Retail Partners and their Brokerage Division.
