How much do you charge?
There are a few different price structures; price per project, price per package, and price per hour. Each project is unique and thus will be charged accordingly. Quotes for projects, packages, or monthly retainer investments are available upon request via consultation. My rate is $100 per hour.
How long does it take to see my brand concept presentation?
The time can vary depending on how many projects are in process and how quickly client homework can be completed. Typically, an initial concept can take up to 2-3 weeks after receiving your brand strategy.
What software do you use for building websites?
Agile Creative Services has experience building websites from code, and using online website building platforms such as Squarespace, Wordpress, Wix, etc. No matter the platform used, all of our websites are completely customized for you.
I don’t want to manage my website, can I hire you to do that?
Absolutely! There are 2 types of management services; per month or per edit. Monthly management services are for clients who need several edits a month. This would be billed after a pre-agreed amount of edits is determined. Per edit management would be for the client who needs only occasional edits, every couple of months. This would be billed at an hourly rate.
Is hosting included in the website package?
Hosting is a separate cost outside of your website package estimate. This is because your hosting is a reoccurring charge paid monthly or annually, depending on if we are hosting your site or if a third party is hosting.
How do you deliver final files?
Once the final invoice is paid, your files will be delivered via email or Dropbox link. Your shared Dropbox folder will be available for 30 days, giving you enough time to save and store your files in a safe place.
